Olivia Orza
Founder and Managing PartnerFounder and Managing Partner of Orza Global Immigration LLC. Her practice focuses primarily on U.S. immigration and nationality law and international migration issues. Ms. Orza devotes her practice to representing corporate and individual clients in an array of business and family immigration matters.
Ms. Orza has experience representing companies in a variety of industries in all aspects of business immigration, including employment visas for professionals, intra-company transferees, immigrant visa petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status applications, and naturalization applications. She assists foreign investors in obtaining non-immigrant E visas and EB-5 immigrant visas. She works closely with EB-5 Regional Centers, EB-5 service providers, and other professionals to guide her clients through the complex EB-5 Investor Visa process.
She has extensive experience representing employers seeking certification by the U.S. Department of Labor on applications for alien employment certification (PERM). She has executed a full range of employment-based immigration strategies, including immigrant petitions for foreign nationals of extraordinary and exceptional ability, outstanding researchers, and multinational managers and executives. Ms. Orza represents individuals with various family immigration issues, obtaining immigrant and non immigrant visas, maintaining lawful status, and applying for U.S. citizenship through naturalization.
